      Pros

      I like the atmosphere of the company. Coming from a larger company I enjoy the more personal feeling of not just feeling like a number. I feel that the company values me as an employee and wants to help me grow. I also enjoy the CWS and flexibility in my schedule.

      Cons

      I cant think of any dislike at the moment.
