Pros
It is a relatively small company in the fact that everyone knows each other and is pretty much a big family. It does mostly government contract work, but even though people might be spread about they still make a huge effort to make sure you do not feel forgotten. The president pretty much knows everyone by first name and goes out of his way to greet you when he has the opportunity. They have pretty good benefits and really care about their employees.
Cons
It can sometimes be a little cliquey, which is normal, except when that clique is in the one making the decisions.
