      -Constantly learning new skills -get along well with most of my co-workers

      Cons

      Poor use of workers skill set. I was hired as a welder three months ago. I've only had three projects.

      This a very relaxed job. The employees here are very caring and good natured individuals. I really enjoy coming to work. Not a lot of people can say that!!

      We don't have a pool.
