Pros

Middle management (director level) may be really good. Thats my case. Benefit package is very good and the most attractive component. Trusted contributors get latitude to make decisions.

Cons

but you are left alone if political executive goals dont align with your ethics of a job well done.

Pros

I want to build my skills in rules and work principles and saber that I want to Continue, Sabre employees about Pay & Benefits. fact that a person is a person and life happens. The pay at this company is good, but you don't feel good working for them

Cons

Sabre offers very good benefits, but there is no real effort to ensure employees have a good work/life balance. Another con to work for Sabre is that they have way too many layoffs
