Typical corporation with top heavy management styles and no real insight into the future. They are slowing bleeding out, middle managers and senior level employees do the heavy lifting, constantly being asked to "innovate" with no real intention of change. Ask for more money on hire, they have it. Once you're in, pay increase is only 3% max per year and that is only rewarded selectively through an exhaustive, quarterly self scaled and management reviewed process.

- One of the most toxic places where I have worked -Stress level very high -No balance between life and work (you spend around 11 and 12 hours out of home) -Lots of massive layoffs happen frequently. - There is no posibilites to grow up, all positions are already filled by friends of the supervisors -Supervisors are like semi gods, they can fired you,move employees from one place to another or whatever they want (even manipulate the timesscore cards) -They lie with the roles descriptions, sayed 'Tech Support' and it's just a call center (far from truth, only requires to know ' how to turn ON a PC ') - When you leave the company, they say 'on the law', that's was not truth, my personal case (and other five more),was fired indirect by my supervisor (worked harassment), they have polities of no fired to no one....you just leave' - The company inspire fear, if you talk with freedom, could be a real problem in your daily work NOTE: Funny fact, my ex supervisor, the person who made me live in a real hell over four yrs, now have a better position than before.
