Environmental friendly, promotes local organic businesses when it comes to events. Competitive salary with OK healthcare. They have an overall open mind when it comes to work/life balance.

Cons

They have high expectations that are solely based in number. If sales are low one year year, you can expect to see an entire team laid off the following year.
