Good work culture. Provides Flex work schedules. Occasional work from home etc. Exciting domain to work in. (Travel Space). Has a lot of talented people with domain expertise.

Cons

Slow to react to market trends. Lots of legacy products. Due to cost cutting, almost all new hire is being done in Krakow and Bangalore, India. Compromise on quality for cost.
