Cons

Working with legacy employees (15-20+ years) who can't innovate and are not encouraged to initiate Company has a lot of technical debt for which they do not have a solid plan Salaries slightly under market Vacation time okay, but they are cheating a bit on paid holidays

Great people to work with, gym, good medical benefits and challenging work. Training is available based on your department's budget.

Cons

Poor planning at the management level. Marketing over promises and as a consequence, IT under delivers due to unrealistic expectations. Still sticking to an old and outdated reservation system. They'll hire you for a few years and then lay you off.

work life balance and benefits are fantastic. There is the opportunity to work from home and the health benefits are better than most I've seen.

Cons

morale is horrible. Constant layoffs. Constant reorgs and lay-offs.
