Pros

Of all the GDS companies, Sabre was the most advanced and had the best strategy for future positioning. Sabre invested in booking companies to compliment that strategy versus just living off travel agency generated bookings.

Cons

Sabre sometimes would roll out products that may not have been vetted by the customers who would use them. Few cons. Large company with many egos to deal with or avoid. Not unique to Sabre.

Ability to talk about your ideas to all levels of people, accessibility management Amount of trust and responsibility that you can take up on your own initiative A great amount of learning in how to solve business problems

Cons

Company strategies not brought out very well Disconnects in skill-sets in some teams Lack of clarity in career paths
