Pros

Upper level management cares about their employees well-being by providing rewards/recognition when it is earned.

Cons

Company that came out of being a small business and now competes against much larger defense contracting firms such as Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, GDIT, etc. means that pay and benefits may not be as high or good as the larger companies.

Great salary, which I think is primarily due to most of their employees working onsite, so they have very low overheads at their corporate offices.

Cons

Since 80-90% of their employment opps are based on contracts, your job will likely be over when the contract is over.
