Pros
Flexible schedule, early hours in by 6 AM out by 11 AM, Easy job, Follow the scripts, which are very personable, and not mechanical. They used actual call rapport to create the scripts. 50+ years of experience give the company an advantage in meeting its customer's needs. You are providing a great service, able to positively impact an otherwise stressful situation for the customers. The culture is fun and engaging in celebrating individuals' birthdays, anniversaries, the management is genuinely interested in their Team members. The training is superb, it actually prepares one for the job.
Cons
The pay is not top-notch, I haven't worked there in over a year, so it may have come up to speed. The growth opportunities are present but limited.
