      Pros

      If you're an executive looking to out source work for dimes on the dollar than Safelite is right for you.

      Cons

      They are a devaluation to the entire insurance industry's workforce.

      Pros

      Job is good if you like dysfunction and getting different information then what you are told when you are hired.

      Cons

      *People are not held accountable for their actions. *Agents are not trained properly and then when they don't make their stats they are waived but their job coaches are held to their poor stats. * you are held to unreachable standards as far as work and hour to complete the work.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Like working for a small business even though it's not.

      Cons

      Poor training crappy hours, penalized for working more than 40 hrs even though you have to.
