Pros

Steady work with good paid. Enjoyed working with most of the people at my location.

Cons

The installer bonuses were based on quality and customer service. but management bonuses were mostly based on sales and profit. So we were constantly told by management that all they wanted was 4-5 quality jobs done per day, but we were given 7-8 and pushed to get then all completed.

Its a great learning experince and i enjoyed the different tasks i was asked to do. Discount of auto glass and good pay and great benefits

Cons

Expect way to much of you and the numbers on everything you do and they down graded everyone who worked there
