Pros

working on cars is my passion. Harrisburg pa lost at least 20 techs in the last 2 years. I thank god every day I don't have to work there anymore! trust me i'm a good person, and another great employee they lost.

Cons

micro manage , no work/ life, pay sucks, mobile service is not the way to do the job right! you are just a number! really high turn over!!! enough rules to fill a dictionary!!

-Great training -Bull pen is nice because it gives employees a feel for the call center in real time -Easy to use system -The supervisors are all really friendly

Cons

-I didn't feel they were clear when it came to logging hours or how to use the system when coming back for breaks -Short lunch break
