      Great place to work

      Pros

      My time at Safelite was very good. I was still early in my career and the guidance that I got shaped me to this day. Despite being new, the team members gave me some very good exposure to automation work and I grew a lot there. A great place to grow professionally in the IT field. The CI/CD pipelines are very well organized and managed.

      Cons

      They should maybe allow more felxibility with regard to work schedules.
