      Pros

      Great pay and flexible hours. I could speak to my supervisor about my issues and my calls were reviewed if i had to listen to them. Thats about all

      Cons

      Getting whole point occurences for being 10 seconds late to your shift. There was no grace period. Even if you had a doctors note for being hospitalized you get fired. It was one of the worst jobs Ive ever had

      Growing quick but still a mom and pop shop

      Pros

      Friendly people. You get a day off a year to use for a charity

      Cons

      No diversity and it's not valued. Pressure to grow the company which means processes have to change, but no management support for the changes. It makes it really hard to get anything done, and lots of project get called off halfway through. No sick leave and no bereavement leave.

      Poor work/life balance (mandatory 6 day work weeks) Benefits cut every year Constant stress over performance numbers(customer surveys can reduce your pay by life changing amounts)
