      Pros

      Work from home, benefits, 7 hour shifts.

      Cons

      The way they want you to sell wipers and then commission on the wipers and other products is insane. They want you to push the products even if the customer already stated they had it. They also want you to force the customer into schedule appointments with the company even if the customer is not a 100% sure if they are wanting to use Safelite and the customers see right through it. Which makes the customer frustrated. Especially, when they are only looking for a quote and spoke w/ other companies and they didn't felt force.

      Work from home Four 10s option for schedule Offers of outs to get off early Great feeling of helping customers

      Cons

      Practically no opportunities for overtime Pay is lacking New management has made things worse Bonus this year is laughable Recognition program is horrible No sense of camaraderie Turn over rate is excessive
