      Pros

      Great flexibility with schedules, they really try and work with you. Pay is decent to start off with- $12.00 an hr with the chance to take more classes to learn more accounts and make more money. Very user friendly system. They have charity donations where if you pay so much money like $30 you can dress down "casual" for 2 months. Happens a couple of times of year. Weekly pay. A lot of options for growth.

      Cons

      Scripting will get repetitive. Some of the job coaches aren't the nicest. High turnover rate.

      I love my job and what I do, but I don't necessarily love working for this company.

      Pros

      Safelite is In every state, So you're able to move or relocate if wanted. Job security is good high demand in auto glass.

      Cons

      Over work their employees. Work long hours. Upper Management doesn't respect their technicians. Inconsistent pay. High turn over rate. Over saturating the market with new technicians and under training them.
