      Not a good place to work.

      Pros

      They are always looking for people. Pretty easy to get hired. Supervisors are always there. Easy place to get to.

      Cons

      They want you to get on and off a call asap. They don't care how good you handle a call as long as you get ready for the next call quickly. Call documentation doesn't seem to matter much. Numbers are what they find to be most important.
