      Pros

      You could make a decent living on there performance pay plan.

      Cons

      Safelite's switching to a customer survey based pay plan. Every where you go companies want customers to fill out a survey. Who has that much time to sit around and fill out surveys? People who are pissed off! This has gotten to be an incredibly stressful company to work for.

      Pros

      Steady work with good paid. Enjoyed working with most of the people at my location.

      Cons

      The installer bonuses were based on quality and customer service. but management bonuses were mostly based on sales and profit. So we were constantly told by management that all they wanted was 4-5 quality jobs done per day, but we were given 7-8 and pushed to get then all completed.
