      Company Car, external customers and equal company peers.

      Cons

      Pretend you need special government clearance to work here and you will be fine. This is the epitome of Big Brother. Be so positive it hurts or be out quickly.

      when you hit your commission you can make upwards to 35,000 - 40,000. commission is not that hard to hit each week

      Cons

      the only con I can think of would be that there is not a whole lot of encouragement for advancement. Not a whole lot of help with finding you job openings you should apply for or be interested in

      management wasn't that pleasant. they hide stuff from employees, and are slow on getting you your mandatory 90 day raise. they push you into other csr opportunities to benefit the business not you, & if you don't kiss butt you can kiss a promotion goodbye!
