Great company with integrity and top of the industry products. Great benefits. A company that genuinely cares about its customers, its quality of service, taking care of its employees. Safelite offers overtime opportunities during much of the year.

Cons

Can't think of any cons. It's just a great company.

Good Benefits. That is about it.

Cons

No communication at all. They follow your every move with a GPS on your car. They generally have District Managers that have never been on a sales call and couldn't do it if they had to. So it was Operation vs. Sales Team instead of being one large team for the greater good.

If you like working in a work environment that everyone is biased off of favorites and if they like you or not then this is the job for you.

Cons

They don't basis there employees on who is a hard worker and who knows what they are doing. If they just don't like you then your work life will not be pleasant. The upper management dates the managers. If you have concern and talk with the management nothing gets resolved and or handled unless you're one of the favorite employees. They promise raises and or other things that never got followed through with. They always use the saying "have to earn your stripes". It's a very immature company that tries to act like they are business but they are the complete opposite. This place is a joke.
