Pros

Easy job, in terms of skills needed. Lots of overtime offered when I was there. Made lots of friend there.

Cons

Many times managers would not be able to answer your questions but you were still held accountable for not properly handling a situation. Lots of favoritism shown by management towards certain employees.

Pros

Call coaches were friendly helpful and motivating. Driven by commission benefits but not micro managed. Lots of constructive criticism. Great for part time or in between jobs. Not necessarily a career.

Cons

Typical call center environment. Low ceiling. Hard to move quickly. $10/hr plus $2-4/hr commission opportunity in sales. Very hard to make lateral moves as well.
