      Pros

      good benefits company car- if you enjoy driving its an easy job PPP incentive allows for decent income if you work hard enough work is not demanding

      Cons

      hours based on work demand management does not care about employees rather budget and revenue winter months are generally slow travel is extensive

      Pros

      It's a large company that's is dominating the industry due to its network and association with the largest insurance companies. No doubt the company has a long future ahead of it.

      Cons

      The pressure on management follow a cookie cutter approach organizing, managing and developing their people is constrictive to creativity and growth. While being told to build the business as if it were your own, every single parameter is dictated, in direct contrast with their 'you're the president of your market' philosophy. Makes suffering the consequences of poor performance a little tough to swallow.

      The opportunity for growth is pretty good. The other associates become like a family

      Cons

      Peoples attitudes went downhill after some leadership turnover. Promotion is not always offered to the best qualified person. Sometimes openings are not posted, they just give the job to the person one of the top Managers hand-picks.
