This company's name should be Safe LIE LIE lite! I have sold auto glass for 25 years in Mass. This company is truly evil .They bought out the company I worked for (I was there 20 years and we were one of their biggest competitors) and promised me the world to stay on as a top producer ,signed a non compete under duress only after they made promises in writing to me to sign, then broke each one and totally blindsided me and terminated me. Threw me out like the trash and told my lawyer they wanted my accounts(25 years of my work) but they didn't want me. They are trying to steal everything I worked for and put me in a financial mess.Their mantra is to crush any competition( which I heard at their meetings, especially their biggest competition left in Mass) and totally take over the market.They are very scary-Like a cult

If your a single parent..they will fire you. Therefor this company has no concerns about the employee's family The pay isnt that good. senor techs..do nothing but complain about the company, the hours, and the pay, everything. In 3 weeks of working here, not once do I recall current employee's speaking well of the company. when you listen to this all morning, you question yourself as to why you took the job....they have every right to complain after I worked there. They over route you. My trainer has 27 years exp. and he couldnt do the 7 work orders per day they kept giving him.
