      Pros

      Safelite was one of my favorite jobs. They set you up with everything you will need from the training to the tools to do the job properly. After enough experience you will also have a van to take home.

      Cons

      At times the leadership can be resistant to changes and even overload technicians on the basis that there will be jobs that either are rescheduled or canceled due to providing the wrong options on the glass or not being able to meet the window time slot requested.

      Pros

      Earn experience from others willing to teach you. Move up within company easy. Reliable job, you gotta suck real bad to get fired at this job. Delivering windshields is a nice relax job if you wanna get away from the warehouse. They supply gloves and goggles.

      Cons

      Loading and unloading weekly shippment trucks. You usually unload about 400-700 win windshield along with checking them in and storing them away. It's not terrible but it is tiring good form of working out.
