      Start out part-time - not enough hours; if you don't meet numbers for the week, you will only get hourly pay; occasionally rude trainers during first two weeks .

      Pros

      Although Safelite is a multi-national company, the Phoenix call center has a supportive family feel. The Benefits and compensation are normal for the area. The leadership is great from the team leads to the management.

      Cons

      The only conis days off are not consecutive.

      Pros

      Safelite provides a company car as well as gasoline only to and from work.

      Cons

      Management is degrading and at times verbally abusive. Management has a mentality that Safelite comes first, second and third in your life. Car is equipped with a devise to know your location, speed, stops and starts at traffic lights and such.
