      Pros

      A pretty decent place to work. There are a lot of good people there that care and try their best.

      Cons

      However, there have been changes in several areas that have had negative impacts in numerous ways that have affected the people and the culture. Not for the better.

      Pros

      I think the pay if very fair for what is asked of you. In the right position the upward opportunities are there.

      Cons

      The in-fighting has gotten much worse over my time here. Mid-level executives are fighting to get their next promotions and have created an "us vs them" situation. This isn't unusual in corporate settings but the amount seems disproportionate to the company size. I wish there was more of a consensus effort to work together and everyone move the company forward instead of individual agendas getting in the way. Sr Management lacks solid decision-making abilities.
