      Pros

      Starting pay was very reasonable and the location was close to home. It was almost too easy to get the job.

      Cons

      The hiring process was vey misleading. You are made to believe that career advancement is available in reality it is highly elusive to all.

      Pros

      Work/Life balance is encouraged, not too difficult to get time off if needed. People are mostly kind and understanding, pay scale is ok for the area.

      Cons

      Upper management seems to have little concern for assisting lower level employees perform their jobs well. There is very little commitment to promoting from within, sometimes job opportunities are not even posted on the internal boards. Group collaboration is almost non-existent.
