Pros

Great flexibility with schedules, they really try and work with you. Pay is decent to start off with- $12.00 an hr with the chance to take more classes to learn more accounts and make more money. Very user friendly system. They have charity donations where if you pay so much money like $30 you can dress down "casual" for 2 months. Happens a couple of times of year. Weekly pay. A lot of options for growth.

Cons

Scripting will get repetitive. Some of the job coaches aren't the nicest. High turnover rate.

Pros

You get a weekly paycheck. You get to work by yourself at your own pace. You don't have to worry about anyone else but yourself. They give you a van to take home. The vans are mostly new, I have a 2015 which is nice. All "essential" tools are supplied but you will need some extras but that's still better than any other glass shop. If you have any questions or don't know how to do a job, your managers can walk you through it or come help you. The work is really easy once you get in your rhythm and most can be done in under an hour.

Cons

The survey is a joke. They ask "rate your overall experience with Safelite" yet the only person it affects is the technician. To make it worse, your bonuses are based on the surveys, so one unsatisfied customer for any reason, no matter how out of your control and there goes your bonus. The store manager and dispatch have no idea about the business and is sometimes hard to get through that some things cannot be done or will take longer. You get wrong parts for whatever reason which affects your commission.

Pros

Work vehicle, descent Heath insurance, retirement, freedom to work alone often. Fun atmosphere with other coworkers. Lots of support through coworkers as well. You can move up in the business as long as your holding a managers hand.

Cons

Your paycheck is based on your customer reviews, so bonuses can be difficult to get if you get a fussy customer. Management seems to be more dictators than leaders. Discipline of employees is done in front of everyone else around you and is very irritating. Raises are a joke and favoritism is very common.
