Pros

I do like working here for the most part. I like the weekly pay, most of the customers are nice. It’s ok. The pay definitely needs to be better. Calls are back 2 back

Cons

Hourly pay, needs better management. Better training. They do throw you out to the wolves. There computer systems are horrible! You get in trouble for everything little thing! You have to call out for system issues and internet issues and they use your days off for it! Trying to pass your call evaluations is nearly impossible! And don’t forget about selling wipers lol

Cons

No vacation, back-to-back calls with no time to breathe. No sick time. A false promise of promotion; for example, if retail is paused for four consecutive months, your development stagnates.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

If you don’t like to sell or persuade others to buy then don’t apply. You entire call existence in the department is to schedule an appointment and sell wipers always. They are always bringing up scripts to get more wipers sales and nothing more. You would have to manipulate your way into scheduling an appointment for someone who called for just quotes which makes this caller really frustrated.
