Pros

Direct manager and assistants are solid guys

Cons

Mangers are good guys, everyone that works in the direct store is much good people. But outside of that, that company doesn't give a DAMN about there employees. From taking away holiday employee get togethers to terminating tenured employees over the most trivial reasons without as much as a written warning or any kind of talking too. They are much more worried about the kind of shirt or uniform your wearing than the satisfaction or well being of there employees. They constantly come down on the ones who do the work and or the money makers with ridiculous policies or tool infractions that someone made up at corporate cause they were bored and didnt have anything else to do. The lack of respect they give there technicians is laughable and down right disgusting. Stay far away from this company, cause they don't care about you in the slightest.

Pros

Flexibility in schedule is nice.

Cons

Pay is below standards, will throw in extra job duties and cover it as "needs of the business," no clear picture ahead, laying people off left and right to keep themselves afloat, very fake engagement environment.

Mostly remote (in office 1 day a week). Okay pay. Wide variety of work.

Cons

Priorities change constantly. Senior leadership don’t know what they’re doing.
