Pros

They pay competitively and offer transportation.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch with the employees doing the actual work. Always pushing for more jobs to be done, usually at the cost of employees missing lunches and usually working late past closing.

Pros

Tight routes Has constant work

Cons

Toxic management No home/work life balance (told to pick family or job) No care for employees Actually tells females that they will not hire them BECAUSE they are female Can’t keep management (in 7 years, went through at least 6 store managers, 5 ops managers and 3 regional managers) Charges customers at least 30% higher pricing than their biggest competitor Average technician only has 1.5-2 years experience No care from management if the tech has the ability to actually install the parts… told to do it anyway Other companies have more experienced techs, better warranties, and are able to get to customers within 2 days (as opposed to safelite’s 2-3 weeks)
