Pros

- Ability to advance your career from an entry level position up to a lead - Pretty good benefits - Always changing / mixing things up trying to get things right (I believe if you're not changing you're not trying to be #1) - Get to work with some talented and good hearted people - Sage cares about helping local communities, charities, our vets and the environment - Pretty good work/life balance - I expect Sage to be in a better place 6 months to a year from now

Cons

- Majority of leadership positions are now out of Lawrenceville or Atlanta (essentially a career limiting factor) - Majority of new and exciting positions are now out of Lawrenceville or Atlanta - Allot of change so if you're not open minded, flexible, & adaptable Sage would be a challenging place to work - Tuition reimbursement policy does not cover technical training, certifications, seminars, etc (difficult to be competitive in this day and age when employees aren't incentivized / supported by their company to obtain the necessary training & skills to accelerate the growth of the company and their careers)

Pros

Effecctive thorough training and online courses to build on career goals. Good tickeet capture integrated with knowledgebase. Good team and team leaders.

Cons

Micro management and strong adherance to numbers regardless of time with company. Rarely hire contracted workers. Some have been on contract for years without benefits before they are hired.
