Pros

Lots of PTO and the building is cool. Arcade, ping pong table, etc. If you can sell then you can make some money.

Cons

Moral is horrible. No one is happy and it is because North America is not hitting their sales goals. Alot of layoffs, division sell offs, and upper management looks to be the next to go. Stephen Kelly is a good CEO, and he clearly does not seem happy with North America's sales results, and rightfully so. The company as a whole is doing well with growth, but again North America has not hit their revenue/sales goals in years.

Pros

I have been working at Sage 3 months. I can say that it is a great company to work for! I'm in the payroll team. They all are very helpful. It is a great team environment which I was looking for. Thank you Sage!

Cons

There is nothing negative about at Sage that I can criticize. I heard good things about the company before I accept the job offer. I'm glad I decide to work at Sage.

Pros

A sales representative’s standard workweek is generally between 40 and 50 hours, and some representatives are expected to travel extensively.

Cons

– up to several weeks at a time – to cover a larger territory. Because sales calls generally take place during standard business hours, much of the paperwork and planning must be completed during evenings or weekends.
