Pros

Good base. Benefits are fair. That is all I can think of ...

Cons

Micro-managed. Poor office environment, everyone seems to be cold and on edge...cold calling and if you get a chance you may get an inbound lead.

Pros

Great benefits. Nice location for commute. Good Holiday

Cons

They pay more attention to sales position than any other position. They get treated way better than Support or any other function. They tend to not care about Support analysts and their comfortable workflow utilities. There's no job opportunities for Support to move up. Takes several years to advance your career path or obtain your true salary value.

Questionable Leadership

Pros

A massive market to find success in both the US and Europe. The company's customer support team is great, but will most likely leave due to product shortcomings and leadership.

Cons

At one point, the company had an amazing vision and team, but in recent times has been plagued with extremely inefficient leadership, almost to the point of the company's extinction. Lies and deceit are a common theme. There is little to no concern over an employee's development and well-being. Communication between the UK and US is severely limited, offering a complete lack of transparency. Innovation in the product has slowed to a stand still. Many upcoming releases have been abandoned or pushed out to the end of time (despite empty promises to customers). Possesses no qualities of an up-and-coming technology company.
