Pros

The people were great to work with. The atmosphere was relaxed and dress was casual depending on the department you worked in.

Cons

The way that they determine compensation isn't fair. They're reviews, to me anyway, don't always reflect how your actual performance is.

Pros

- Good Benefits - Good people - Flexible hours as long as you get your job done

Cons

- Management and leaders are still trying to figure out the direction of this company - Losing market share from competitors like Xero, Freshbooks and etc. - Plenty of politics

Pros

Nice Atlantic Station office. Great co-workers! Free snacks, Free sodas, gym membership reimbursement, and a mondern office space.

Cons

Leadership is all over the place. There is no structure with the company. Half way through the month, we do not have leads, they expect you to continue to call the same customers that you've been calling and getting rejected.
