Continuous leadership turnover

Pros

Daily, a good place to work, with a lot of flexibility and good people to work with at the individual contributor level if you don't look too far into the future.

Cons

A continuously looping change in upper leadership leads to continuous re-orging, posturing and change in strategic direction.

Pros

Very generous benefits (especially vacation time). Genuinely seem to care about employee health and well-being. Good group of people to work with.

Cons

Company suffers from ADOS (attention deficit ooh shiny)...constantly starting initiatives that are all the rage today, completely dead tomorrow. Nothing that gets started ever seems to get finished. In support, if you end up on the closing shift, you will be there forever with constant promises that shifts will change--but it never seems to happen. Pay is low compared to similar jobs in the area.
