      Good benefits and good pay

      Cons

      Leadership often conducts layoffs with little thought. There is a high turnover rate in leadership and everyone want to make their mark and change things up. This leads to a ping-ponging affect where decisions are done and undone and redone again etc. Long-term success is not a concern of theirs based on the way they lead.

Restructuring decisions have been made with very serious thought having gone into them because of their effects on our colleagues. The aim of a lot of these is to ensure that we can simplify how we operate and have a more centralised focus within our teams to enhance the levels of collaboration between our colleagues.
