      No work life balance

      Awesome co-workers and great benefits.

      Cons

      There was absolutely no work life balance and expectations is for you to be available on weekends and scheduled time-off. Multiple reporting systems that don’t speak to each other so you are constantly reconciling data from one system to the next. Month-end and quarter-end standard reporting process was always changing depending on what upper management wanted to see.

      Bait and switch

      Friendly co workers and time off.

      Cons

      Was hired at a certain payout structure. After a couple of months, the company got tired of paying their employees and fired 40% of the staff and cut the commission pay out by 50%. Management was overly “friendly” to the women and made them uncomfortable in anything that they would wear. Boarder line harassment. No accountability from HR and fear of retaliation.
