I never worked at a worst managed company

Pros

Great place for brown nosers, passive aggressives and sociopaths. Standards are low so it be comfortable for someone in the right position. Many in the rank and file are likable and easy to work with individuals.

Cons

Too heavily focused in on the short-term. No obvious career growth opportunities, management is trying to reinvent company without rank and file input or buy in. Only tech company I have seen where most tech management lacks any kind of technical chops. Employee morale is generally poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

Since the management has no clue what is going on.....Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way Lumbergh can't see me, heh heh - and, uh, after that I just sorta space out for about an hour.

Cons

Sage has a systemic problem in it's management. I don't think anyone has the knowledge or experience to fix it either....too bad. But at least i have a paycheck while i look for work elsewhere. :)

Lies

Pros

Those are gone. The gaslighting and lies are undeniable.

Cons

Sage CEO & CFO tell the public all is great and then tell the employees that it isn't. Per CEO and CFO to the public on 7/30/24: "Our Q3 trading update, announced today, demonstrates Sage performed well in the first nine months, delivering revenue growth in line with our expectations and sustaining good momentum." Now the employees get from the CFO on the same date: "Whilst Sage has performed well over the last 9 months, we continue to be behind where we had planned to be at this point in the year – we haven’t seen revenue growth accelerate in the way that we had planned. " So, who is Sage lying to? The shareholders or the employees. Seems that they are lying to the employees so they can cut our annual bonus. And that AFTER they already cut it. How arrogant to post conflicting statements on the same date.
