Pros

Great healthcare. Good authors. Executive leadership team.

Cons

- Marketing department is secondary to sales, not an independent group. - lack of transparency and honesty in the hiring process - completely closed off to outside ideas. It’s the “SAGE Way” or the highway. - training and onboarding is nonexistent.

Pros

Great Benefits plans, including a 5-year trip and extremely affordable health/vision/dental coverage.

Cons

Human Resources is run like a bazaar and their ability to disseminate information is poor at best.

Pros

The only pro would be the benefits and occasional travel

Cons

They do not care about you, what you are going through in life, you may face retaliation for speaking up for yourself in the face of harassment from your supervisor, lick boots or you will not be "liked" and get left behind. Nearly zero diversity so take that into account, you will be surrounded by white males who will get "uncomfortable" if you're "too quiet" but make no attempt to communicate with you or make you feel at ease. Be sure to "engage" or you will be talked badly about.
