They pay poorly and management could care less about employee input

Pros

Good medical, but lately even that's going downhill. Insurance company is starting to deny needed Rx and procedures in the last few months, whereas it never did before.

Cons

With management, it's a one-way street. Employees are inferiors, their input isn't valued, they are treated as if they are disposable. Very hierarchical in all the worst ways. No promise of promotion to a better paying role.
