Pros

-comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), though it seems quite standard for the region

Cons

-work from home policies applied arbitrarily across departments; some departments are allowed, others are not (and even within a department, some are permitted, and others are not), with very weak justification given -social attitude is clinical, extremely stand-offish and unfriendly. No attempt at camaraderie or integration of new employees into the team is made -bureaucracy and power struggles are evident in inter-departmental cooperative efforts -wages are on the low side
