There’s no way around it, being let go is tough. It’s super hard news to hear. It’s also hard to news to deliver. When it has to happen, we strive to do so professionally, compassionately and in person. There are some circumstances, though, when in-person is simply not an option: typically when the employee works remotely or is otherwise unavailable to meet directly with his or her supervisor. In those cases, a telephone conversation is our best alternative. As an organization we do know such changes are difficult and are committed to staying loyal to those team members who have dedicated so much to us. Please reach out to our HR team at HRVM@sagenet.com to discuss transition assistance.

Pros

- Opportunity for growth / advancement - Outstanding team work and genuine positive interaction with staff members as we strive to meet and exceed our customers expectations.

Cons

- Some changes are challenging, but management does a good job sharing with the team why change is necessary. Tech's generally aren't the best at accepting change. :)

Thank you for being a part of our team and for your comments! We do offer great opportunities for hands-on experience with a variety of cutting-edge technologies; a great learning environment. And agree, while not quite a Mom and Pop we definitely have been steadily expanding and continue to face some anticipated (and often unanticipated) growing pains. Glad you’re on the team and would love to hear any feedback you may have on how we may be able to smooth out some of the kinks, let us know at HRVM@sagenet.com.
