2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. While many employees have been able to work from home during the pandemic, within essential businesses there are functions that require a physical presence. In our case that includes our incredible Test and Turn-up team. They have worked diligently throughout the pandemic to support our customers who are essential businesses as well - such as c-stores, quick serve restaurants and healthcare providers. We couldn’t be prouder of the job our teams in our NOCs, TTUP, and data centers have done, and continue to do. We value and respect their contributions immensely. That said, we are always looking to improve and are open to any recommendations our associates may have. We encourage you to reach out to our HR team at sagenetHR@sagenet.com if you have additional ideas!

We’re glad to hear you’ve found a good balance and flexibility with your schedule! We offer pay based on experience and market data, but want to continually recognize and compensate based on continued learning and experience. We welcome you to have a discussion about your salary with your supervisor and what you feel would be commensurate with your experience. We’re also disappointed to see a 1-star review despite the positive outlook and approval rating of Daryl, our CEO. If there are any other “cons” that you haven’t listed here but that contributed to that rating, we’d like to hear about them! Please reach out to the HR team, sagenetHR@sagenet.com, to discuss.

The company box at the BOK Center is one of our favorite perks too! We don’t like uneven workloads, though, which, unfortunately can be a bi-product of our size and growth. We do try to pivot and manage the ebb & flow as efficiently as possible, but as any similarly sized company can attest, it can still be a tough balance to strike and frustrating when that balance isn’t met. If you’d be willing to discuss the leadership issue you mentioned, please send us an email at HRVM@sagenet.com so we can better understand where some of those pain points exist.
