      no one makes sure your at work, no one makes sure youre working. you can come and go as you please and you get to fill in your own time card

      2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. While many employees have been able to work from home during the pandemic, within essential businesses there are functions that require a physical presence. In our case that includes our incredible Test and Turn-up team. They have worked diligently throughout the pandemic to support our customers who are essential businesses as well - such as c-stores, quick serve restaurants and healthcare providers. We couldn’t be prouder of the job our teams in our NOCs, TTUP, and data centers have done, and continue to do. We value and respect their contributions immensely. That said, we are always looking to improve and are open to any recommendations our associates may have. We offer pay based on experience and market data, but want to continually recognize and compensate based on continued learning and experience. We welcome you to have a discussion about your salary with your supervisor and what you feel would be commensurate with your experience. We’re also disappointed to see a 1-star review despite the positive outlook and approval rating of Daryl, our CEO.       Good Company, Unfortunate Situation

      Family Atmosphere, Local Gym, Company box at BOK Center.

      Poor Leadership, Workload not Even

      The company box at the BOK Center is one of our favorite perks too! We don’t like uneven workloads, though, which, unfortunately can be a bi-product of our size and growth. We do try to pivot and manage the ebb & flow as efficiently as possible, but as any similarly sized company can attest, it can still be a tough balance to strike and frustrating when that balance isn’t met.
