We’re glad to hear you’ve found a good balance and flexibility with your schedule! We offer pay based on experience and market data, but want to continually recognize and compensate based on continued learning and experience. We welcome you to have a discussion about your salary with your supervisor and what you feel would be commensurate with your experience.
