Thank you for being a part of our team and for your comments! We do offer great opportunities for hands-on experience with a variety of cutting-edge technologies; a great learning environment. And agree, while not quite a Mom and Pop we definitely have been steadily expanding and continue to face some anticipated (and often unanticipated) growing pains. Glad you’re on the team and would love to hear any feedback you may have on how we may be able to smooth out some of the kinks, let us know at HRVM@sagenet.com.

Pros

Great coworkers, good vacation package.

Cons

They tend to over-promise and under-deliver in order to close a sale. When commitments are not kept, the employee is blamed instead of the salesperson who made the promises. Managers hold too much power over employees that do mot even report to them. There is a lot of finger pointing and "throwing under the bus." Senior Management stays out of manager-employee disputes even when they claim to have an open door policy.
