Pros

great experience you learn a lot about IT with a lot of opportunities to grow if you put in the effort.

Cons

A little not organized but there have been a lot of changes in the past years so the company is still working to stabilize. But they are always in need of employees as long as you do your job you are good

Pros

The owner of the company genuinely cares about his employees. I have worked for Daryl through two different companies, for almost half of my 30 years in this business, I have never known him to lay off a single employee. Company is on the forefront of technology in the areas of support and sales.

Cons

Company is going through some reorganization due to acquisition and merger of another company.

We agree, Daryl is passionate about SageNet and compassionate toward our associates, as he has been since founding the company 20 years ago (and we’re not just saying that because he knows who writes these responses 😊)! Re: Acquisitions. In the time between this original post and this response, we have acquired two additional companies. Each one creates some expected challenges and opportunities, and as always, a few which are unexpected. It can be an exciting, and at times frustrating, process but in the long-run we’ve always enjoyed positive results. If you’d like to tell us more about your experiences over the past 30+ years, good or bad, don’t hesitate to let us know at HRVM@sagenet.com!

Pros

Fun people to work with. Great supervisors.

Cons

management and structure was terrible. Slave shop. The upper staff only cares about numbers. no inter-relationships. If you don't mind being a number rather than an asset, this is the job for you.
