Pros

-Great way for entry level network analysts to gain experience and connect with other analysts. -401K, health insurance, PTO, compensation for earning technical certifications. -Room for advancement within the company.

Cons

-Lack of communication, favoritism of certain departments. -Little accountability or incentive to do more than the bare minimum, leading to the offloading of more work to harder working employees, causing burnout and mental strain. -Lower wage than the market rate.

Pros

Before COVID we had good events that had free food, and popcorn! - some of the best folks from industry but they all left either due to layoffs and because of micromanagement from leadership.

Cons

It’s very politically driven culture, and only way to move up is if you’re being liked by managers and senior leadership, the leadership team lacks empathy and vision. For example Sales leader is in charge of technology roadmap. A person who has no knowledge of technology is driving technology roadmap which constantly changes as the priority or ask changes from customers. Leadership team also lacks empathy and knowledge/importance of diversity. You will find racist slurs and comments being made by sales leader which are very sad to hear in today’s day and age. Oh and micromanagement, it’s so true that employee don’t leave the company they leave their managers. Sales Leader needs to be changed or needs to take leadership classes on how to treat employees.
